Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Vancouver Canucks @ Calgary Flames - April 10th 2013 1st Period Highlights: Faceoffs: Canucks have managed to win at least 50% of their faceoffs so far in the game. Winning more in the next two periods could help them get more puck possession which will ultimately help them score some goals. Penalty Kill: Canucks killed off their only penalty of the game so far and have looked really good on the penalty kill in their past 3 games. Calgary has a decent powerplay so another good effort on the penalty kill could go a long way for the Canucks.Second Line: Ryan Kesler has had two great scoring chances set up by his linemates, however, he was not able to get his wrist shot on goal.
