Primal Optimist Posted June 29, 2013 Share Posted June 29, 2013 There are infinite combos of things I would accept for Cory in a trade but first among them is a high end draft pick this year, top 13 for sure, but coupled with more like a player and a prospect and another pick...its too great a range of combos to predict but I bet since this story broke the canucks got at least 10 phone calls. No way he's snagging us a 1st, 2nd, Couturier and Coburn, even with the help of Edler who's worth about the same as Coburn and a 2nd. Even if these moves were made, we essentially get thinner in goal (no backup for Luongo) and weaker on defence (Edler > Coburn, face it it's the truth).
