DIBdaQUIB
What Kesler comment? The tweet? Possibly. It was likely just an attempt at humour but perhaps cut a little too close to the bone for Torts/GIllis. Torts warned the players at the beginning of the season about social media. Getting a laugh from your twitter followers and feeding the media material at the expense of the team's management is poor judgement. ON the other hand, he may just be injured. snipes2539
Or the other way to look at it is that Lack is getting rewarded for 2 really good back to back performances. The team is fighting for their playoff lives and right now Lack is giving them a chance to win. When he has a bad outing, Luongo will be back in net. If Luongo doesn't start this game, what makes you think he'll want to play for the Canucks ever again? He's been snubbed by this team time and time again and hasn't deserved any of it, he supposedly lost his starting job to Schnieder who did nothing for us in the playoffs because he was always injured anyway and the games he did play he was TERRIBLE. Just trade the poor guy, teams will want him, just gotta stop asking ridiculous returns, I mean, if you don't play him and treat him like a starter, what makes you think you'll get such high returns? GLASSJAW
face it, you sentimental Lu lovers: Lack is the better goalie right now. He is the future of this organization, as it stands. Canucks need points to get into the playoffs. They need to win. Lack is playing phenomenal hockey. He is their best chance to win, given how awful this team is up front. poetica
What Kesler comment? The tweet? They're talking about the quote from Luongo tweeted by Sportsnet Pacific (who, btw, is also now reporting that Lack will start tomorrow.) Sportsnet Pacific @SNETPacific Feb 27 Luongo - "I said whether he wants to go or stay, he's not going anywhere, we all know how it ends." #Canucks - on Kesler

Here's reality, you unsupportive bitch, goaltending is not the problem right now and Lack didn't really play spectacular against Minny.

wai_lai416
What? Luo had a couple bad game before the Olympic that dropped him below lack in stats in double the amount of starts now Luongo is worse than a rookie with less than 20 game exp? And we were playing with an ahl lineup during that span too.
Stick-in-Rink
I have no idea why Torts is making a bold goal-tending move for tomorrow, when SCORING is the issue here. keep playing Lack as long as you want, he'll play great and give us a good chance to win every night, but when we're average 1 goal a game, it makes no difference. Can't see why Lu can't be the starter for an important game for him and the team tomorrow. just ridiculous

Del Rio
I just think MG needs to seriously grow a pair and somehow move Lu soon or buy him out in the off season. We need to move forward from this core and all the years of the drama surrounding Lu.
