One thing I have to say about Torts...when your team is frustrated and fragile, being visibly frustrated on the bench when things go wrong doesn't help. I'll give AV credit there, emotionless can help in these situations....one extreme to the other and its not helping Anyone who's ever been in a leadership position in sports, work etc knows when things are bad showing frustration, despair etc is never what's needed from a leader....
