RUPERTKBD
Didn't this tournament used to start earlier. I remember players coming over after getting knocked out in round 1 and Canada had already played a couple games. I think they were only "tune up" games. Team Canada did add players who lost in the first round of the playoffs. MacKinnon, Read and Brayden Schenn joined the squad after the Avs and Flyers respectively, bowed out of the playoffs. Down by the River
Canada beat the Swiss 4-0 in a tune up game. Based on the highlights, Burrows may be playing with Turris and Mackinnon.

RUPERTKBD
Was reading the G blog earlier. Why is Reinhart flying with them? He's on the roster. Probably won't get a lot of ice time, (he and Monahan are listed as the two extra forwrds) more likely it's one of those "experience" things. Torts is such an easy scapegoat .. would you care to provide 'proof' of what was the cause of Lack's injury? .. or are you just another 'rectal smoke blower'? .. low hanging fruit tastes bland. You play a goalie that much and the risk of injury goes up. A pulled groin is likely a result of being overworked.

Brad Marchand
Correlation is not the same as causation. Would like to see his source on what exactly Lack's injury is (if he even has one).

Dazzle
Right...Just a coincidence I'm sure. Keep living in the land of delusion. The problem is that he was possibly injured because of Torts overplaying him, but there is no proof to support that Torts caused the injury. For illustrative purposes, Brent Sopel injured himself picking up a cracker. Sami Salo injured himself playing at home with his kid.
