Aalto Puck - What do you think about this?

What are the benefits of using with this alto puck over the standard one in use now?

The Aalto Puck is made in the same material as a regular hockey puck and behaves in the same way on ice with one fundamental difference - it has a built in randomness, it doesn't bounce as a regular puck, it can, depending on how it's hit, speed off in different ways. And more importantly, by adding an element of chance it's the most equal puck produced. Advantages are randomly given to either of the two competing teams.

Sounds horrible.

If that's the case. I don't see this concept gaining any weight or support.

With the speeds the players travel at, and add too that a random puck bouncing around its just asking for injuries and brutal collisions amongst players.

I wouldn't see any GM,player or anyone vote this into the NHL.
