LOL USA didn't even invite Connor, Bracco, Tuch, Garland, or Roslovic. Stupid decisions by their management

They're a very deep team this year. There's players that are outplaying those guys.

The only one I don't get is Connor. He's having a great year for Michigan.

To much center depth? Or maybe it has to do with the "old boys club" that is the USNDP

Team USA forward lines at camp today:

Tkachuk-Matthews-DeBrincat

Bellows-Schmaltz-Boeser

Dvorak-White-Milano

Eansor-Keller-Hitchcock

McInnis-Donato-Bjork

Despite the surprise non-invites, that is a strong looking forward group

Pls put Dvorak on second line for my hockey pool. kthx

Dal Colle hasn't had a good year in junior. Serious concerns whether he ever becomes a productive NHLer. I feel for the Islanders, I don't blame them for taking him where they did. Can you imagine that they have wiffed on 3 top 5 picks in Nino, Reinhart and now Dal Colle?

Add this to those who say tank to build a winner.

At least the Isles drafted Tavares who is awesome and I wouldn't give up on Dal Colle based on this.

Boeser should be with Matthews IMO

Tkachuk has chemistry from a year of NTDP with Matthews when they were on the same line, however I could see Dvorak and Bellows getting moved around. Don't know how comfortable I'd be with 2 17 year-olds in the top 6 versus giving Dvorak that role and sheltering Bellows a bit

Boeser is a RW and I'm pretty sure DeBrincat is a natural C.

Correct me if I'm wrong but a Tkatchuk-Matthews-Boeser line is beautiful.

OHL and Erie site list DeBrincat as a right winger. EP should get on that lol

Jesus....stacked. One of the deepest forward groups I've seen in years.

I would the defense is weaker than this.

According to TSN via a report from Dreger, McCann won't be lent to TC due to Hank's injury.

That said, the Dreger tweet was pretty vague and seemed more speculative (e.g., if Canucks are shelled with injures, McCann won't go).

McCann earned his spot in the lineup and belongs in the NHL. That doesn't mean he wouldn't benefit more from going to Finland, IMO.

I like Bellows.  I bet he has a really good tournament.  He reminds me of Jaimie Benn.  I was hoping we could get him later in the first round with the pick we get by trading Vrbata, after we get Matthews?
