Any braised meat but I will go with short ribs braised in maple syrup (think meat candy) with roasted carrots and beets and mashed potatoes with sweet corn. Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, gravy and roasted potatos Beef tenderloin in peppercorn sauce, asparagus, salad. I see that you're a meat and potatoes sort of guy...I know for certain that I would enjoy dining with you.

I was thinking about that when I posted. I have cut meat way back and I love my veggies however thinking about eating veggies does not make my mouth salivate! Maybe Benning will sign me. Alflives
There's a little Chinese place down from me that has the best chicken dishes. They say it's chicken, but I know what they are really serving. It's my Favorite!

I always make my beef dips with garlic bread. Fresh St. Market has the best garlic bread around as far as I see it. They make it fresh in store daily. They also make their own breads in store. I have some pulled pork kicking around and a couple Italian rolls....heat up the pan, liberally apply butter on buns, sprinkle garlic salt on buns. Place buns on pan. Bingo.
