But I would still have to check twitter and read a lot of tweets that are unrelated. So... I setup a twitter account that only follows cap friendly. Cap friendly tweets out every call up and send down. Then I set up an email account to recieve every tweet, but filtered the email account to put everything in junk mail. except emails containing specific words (my players).
