For those that were wondering I had 7 offers, and 2 suggested (but not officially offered) As a new GM, there are a few things I made mistakes on But hopefully I will learn. One thing, that I am weak on is receiving a weak offer and offending the other GM That is not my intention.....this is fun! and I want to keep it that way, for all! Obviously the more your here the more action you will get in on, but the other side of that coin is if your not here, and time passes, 30 other GM's are going to wonder if you ghosted on us. There is no minimum per se, but its a good idea to check in every couple weeks at least, and always worth keeping up to date on the thread, even if you can't post. Other than that i would just like to encourage everyone to keep their sticks on the ice, make your good offer early and don't forget to mention if your firm or willing to talk more or if it is a starting point you would like to hear back on, its a game of back and forth not just reading stats papers.....we have had a lot of turnover after our inaugural year, we have around 9 new GM's since the draft in May 2018 and only ONE of the original Executive stayed on, thank you Tylez for your hard work and dedication. We are the EKL and that means we are different from any other league you may know, our CBA is on page one at the top, everyone can read it there, and should refresh themselves on it if its been a while. I think we had a massively successful first season and we are fully loaded now, so glad Colby found time to come by again, and we will only get better as we go forward, better for EKL, not becoming another league with different rules and points systems. Always tweaking to get better, but not trying to be a clone of some other game. Many of us play many leagues so its a little harder to keep on top of the minutia of rules, but our CBA is well written and well laid out. Always feel free to write in a question to the Exec or hit us up on Discord if you wish, communication always makes things easier but I talk wayyyyyy tooo much, I am self aware, lol....
