So that’s fair to leave him hanging as a person and even though he’s done a good job (I’m talking overall) and what he’s done this summer?

Yes it is, but that doesn’t mean gm’s / coaches should get re-uped when they deserve it. And wait it out for no reason...who’s sooo good out there that they need to replace him?

This is a good move because now the team can focus on winning. To change GM/coach when they try to use momentum is bad. 

Now Benning just have to hand out a ten mill/ten years contract with NMC to Loui so the haters in that corner can shut up also. :bigblush:

I'd argue the team was always focused on winning.

Nos problemos, but when it gets a lot of rumours the negativity can reach the players. 

One per mille can be the difference between winning or losing.
