D-Money
Now that we've had a few days to decompress... Due to cap concerns, it is likely that Minnesota will be able to sign most (if not all) of our pending UFAs. So we are open to offers on the negotiating rights to: - Charlie Coyle (extended w/Bruins IRL) - Zdeno Chara - Sami Vatanen - Matt Nieto Willing to consider a conditional 2021 pick (if player signs with your club). Trade can be agreed to, then processed at the conclusion of the playoffs for both teams.

John Gilmour is who i meant...Doug is happily enjoying his 50's. Hehe, I was the kind of fan of his that considered him to be the heel almost no matter what team they were playing...He was with the Kingston Frontenacs for years and years around their front office staff, thus the slip up. I spent a lot of time in Kingston.

kj29
The Los Angeles Kings call up Kiefer Sherwood and Christian Jaros. The Los Angeles Kings send down Cameron Hughes. Since there's no way that we'll catch Vegas, it looks like we will be facing either the Canucks or Coyotes in the first round of the playoffs. Go Kings! 1

Primal Optimist
@Caboose Paul Byron is healthy and will need to be brought off IR by your club, thank you. @Papa Sawce Your IR players require immediate attention. @inane Kyle Brodziak has indeed retired, if you wish to simply void the contract versus keeping it on IR. Primal Optimist
League Announcement! Note: There are three players currently on Waivers. Nick Shore, Matt Irwin, and Austin Czarnik D-Money has joined the EKL Executive and will fill the role of Waiver Tracker! GM's may still waive players in the main game thread: in a clearly worded post that does not bury or obscure the transactions. GM's may also claim players by posting directly in thread. D-Money will handle the rest and post the Waiver Wire news and the results will make it onto sheets and pickuphockey at the next update. Thank you D-Money for volunteering your personal time to help the EKL! Greatly Appreciated. There is one opening on the EXEC for a trade tracker, an important bit of work, but also as a voice on the exec for future planning. Send me a message if you would like to take that on. I am hopeful that someone will take over the standings updates, generally done 3 times a month in season. We may also expand to 2 player agents if there is anyone interested in those positions send me a note! Cheers and good luck to the teams fighting for playoff spots, or a draft lotto spot! It is your team, take it where you want it to go! Edited March 5, 2020 by Primal Optimist
