Avs remind me of the 2011 Canucks. They had the chance to put the Bolts away early in the series, and let them right back in. TB with the momentum, they'll win the cup again. Thinking Jon Cooper sold his soul to the devil. That's my theory anyway.

Realistically, no.  The simple fact that Sutherland is still employed despite consistently disgracing the sport is criminal negligence on the NHL's part.  Good on Bieksa for calling out that scumbag.

I don't think Colorado's really laid any eggs in this series though. Maybe gripping the sticks a little tight last game & tonight.

 

In another sense Tampa is more comparable b/c Colorado is the healthy team while Tampa is just going on fumes at this point. But they're a better team & have battled through.
