Mark Schieffle is quietly having another excellent year with goalscoring.

He is not putting up the assists he usually do because his line mates are uncharacteristically having problems converting his passes.

But if they do start to find the back of the net, and some of the injured players come back the Jets are gonna go on a roll.

Miller's smart.. he distracts canucks fans with what he did during the last min of the game and becomes the focus of the night instead of what happened the rest of the game...  way to take it for the team.. great leader.

He cares and he means well, he knows he needs to do better lol

Just generally. If we were to go to the Olympics tomorrow we don’t really have a standout goalie. Canada goaltending has galled off a cliff.

Miss the Brodeur, Luongo, Price, Fleury days.

hmm, yeah havent really paid attention to that, now that i think about it, doesnt matter anyways, bettman's still cancelling players to play in the olympics anyways, super cool dude, super.

Edit: that super cool comment was about bettman, if it came off like i was being a d1ck

On this board that sentence is usually reserved for those who throws temper tantrum  after a loss and says they're done cheering for the team.

Definitely not for one of the respected long-time CDC members and a die-hard Canucks fan through and through like Deb.

to some, others wish she would post in GDT under a second, non-moderator name, so she could be put on ignore.

Here's the good news.

Delia is continuing his great play... he looks like a bonafide NHL backup... or even a starter for a team whose goaltending is suspect.

Which means that if Demko comes back and starts to play like he can, then the Canucks have nice trade bait with Delia or Martin... either would work well behind Demko.

Oh I know.. Delia was pretty much up to the top of the left circle but he went back into the crease and just looked clueless after that.. that's when JT was like thinking wtf are you doing.. just get off.  He was halfway to the bench already but he went back into his crease.  I can see why JT was yelling and then finally whacks his stick onto the goal/net.. it's not that big of a deal, they'll all be fine at the end of the day.
