Peitrangelo - Shattenkirk Boumeester - Jackman Polak - Redden Russel Boumeester will really thrive under the Blues offensive sort of defence. Look-out for some career numbers next season. Every team in the West is getting better with trades right now. The Kings, Blackhawks and now Blues are stocking up and the Canucks sit on their asses. Bouwmesster - Pietrangelo Jackamn - Shattenkirk Then any of Leopold, Redden, Russel and Polak can fill the bottom pair. They have nice depth on the backend. Unless they literally suck so badly, then Hitchcock probably gets fired. That's how badly they'd have to suck though. Anyways, if the Flames can get a top 3 pick... Watch out. People underestimate how difficult it really is to make a trade as an NHL GM. I really wouldn't be surprised if Kiprusoff gets traded to Toronto tomorrow or on Wednesday.
