sting
Schroeder has 33 AHL points over 42 games played while Ebbett has 32 AHL points over 35 AHL games played. They are tied in assists with Ebbett playing 15% fewer games.

Hunter.S-Kerouac
Really? You haven't learned your lesson that AHL points mean nothing? If you wanna look at AHL stats, at least get them right. Ebbett had 32 points in 37 games, not 35. And Schroeder has put up 10 points in his last 9 games since returning to the AHL, and has only gone two games without registering a point. That's consistency. Something Ebbett has never had. Ebbett provides nothing to our third line. At least that line was a threat when Schroeder was on it. Edlerberry
Ebbett has been torched in the past few games and has looked terrible. However Shred at 3c I don't think would be an improvement in the PO's. I would like to see Shred on Kes's wing along with Raymond.
Ossi Vaananen
Earliest we can do the mass call up is next Saturday, following the game against the Oilers. I would expect to see at least one alternate for every position/role we have. In terms of call ups I believe that will be: Forwards: Schroeder Sweatt Lain Archibald Jensen Gordon Defense: Vandermeer Corrado Andersson I also think we'll give Gaunce a shout whenever his team finishes their playoff run - which could be the Memorial Cup. Bananas
At the very least, he gets some NHL experience he gets to take back with him. It'll only make him better. Unless he sticks next season.
nuck nit
Its a game for fans to watch and enjoy. Fans dont like watching Ebbet, and fans agree he doesn't bring anything. Fans do like watching Schroeder, and agree he has potential to bring something.

LeanBeef
He needs to be paired up with a bigger dman... He looked weak in the scrimmages and I felt bad for him not being able to move Burrows from the front of the net
LeanBeef
Wasn't Schroeder tried on the wing last year in the AHL and they determined he wasn't nearly as effective there, so they moved him back to center?

Conscience
Yeah, why would the team want a veteran that plays PK minutes and all three forward positions?
RyanKeslord17
Corrado is going to be sick, can't wait! Hope these are the pairings: Hamhuis-Garrison Edler-Corrado Ballard-Alberts
surtur
I find it so amusing you actually think anything you or anyone on this board says actually effects anyone or anything related to the Canucks. Get a clue. Silly kids.
alcatrazhockey
While having Corrado around is great for the final two games of the season, it's really too bad the Wolves aren't in the playoffs where he would benefit much more from playing more minutes. I suspect next season in Abbotsford (!!!) will be a big year for him.

Boudrias
Schroeder's the exact same size as Roy, and is probably just as good at skating. People complain about our offense, but then don't want Schroeder in the lineup? He's an elite play maker that would turn our third line into an actual threat. Right now our third line is having zero impact. They need to try something, cause the way the offense is going right now, it's not gonna be enough to win games in the playoffs.
