    Just met/had a lovely chat with iMac in Tim Horton's (of course it was there...hockey door handles!). He's as nice as he seems. I was quite thrilled to meet him as he's my favourite of all the people who cover the team.

    CBJ needs a #1c and Peeke seems to be the odd man out potentially.

     

    Would this be fair:

    CBJ 3OA and Peeke 

    for

    Miller and 11th OA.

     

    Canucks have an extra 6 M this way to draft Carlson and potentially sign Barbashev as 2C.

     

    Miller is a ppg centre over the last 3 years. Do we get enough back?

     

    Does this send a bad image to Petey about our direction.

     

    We still have too many wingers at the end and can target the Hurricanes as they have barely have any forwards signed long term.

    Gary Bettman is the worst thing to ever happen to hockey and any self respecting hockey fan should be sick to their stomach seeing Vegas win already.

      you should be able to build a Stanley cup winner in 7 or 8 year with the right smarts. The disappointing part is Vegas has been a favourite since their existence. Lots of money in Vegas. So many red flags for me

    Dmitri Orlov is rumoured to be asking for $8+ million....with what Severson just got he's more than within the realms of reason.  Free agency for defensemen is gonna be a gong show again and it makes me nervous for what Hronek will ask
