    Sure would be great if the CRA hired some English speaking agents ... hard to discuss serious matters when the agent representing the government can't understand me..

      @NucksPatsFan Once when calling CRA I accidentally selected the French queue.  I couldn't understand them either.  Although I have found that often their English agents have French as their first language.  They could understand me just fine, but my old ears had trouble with the accent.
