@brilac @Ghostsof1915 the thought of low/ non-sugar candy bars has never crossed my mind, would say low sugar hedgehogs be made with dark chocolate, and how would caramel work (since it's by definition warmed up sugar to the point that it melts or becomes crystallized in certain cases)? Also never had sugar replacements e.g. stevia since I've heard of some potential concerns about them (e.g. my family is wary of what would be the sweetener/ flavoring agent for Bubly).

Stevia is a plant. Maltitol is basically sugar alcohol. Maltitol you need to watch your intake as it will be like Ex Lax and give you the runs if you overdo it. Stevia is the better of the two, but moderation. I have a weakness for chocolate. Which I fortunately can resist. It's nice that Purdy's at least provides options.
