      At this point, does it matter? Is there a difference between 15th and 16th pick, and if so, how can you tell?

      New 2022 Lottery rule: "Teams will be restricted from moving up more than 10 spots if it wins one of the lottery draws."

      Oh, and there's only 2 draws - not 3.

      Best we can pick is 5th, unless we finish with a better record than Vegas, then best is 6th.
