      Perhaps a bit like 2005-06 with rookies getting an extra half year of development before all coming into the NHL at once.

    Hughes really is a rover, isn't he? From the point to going to the front of the net for a tip twice in the same PP, and ends up getting the assist from the point anyway.

      bure was picked because the canucks found out he had played enough games to be drafted and scooped him the year before everyone else thought he was eligible. he would have gone first over all the following year. so we can say we got a number one pick.

     The X-men Dark Phoenix trailer was actually really good. Though reportedly, they're doing reshoots now which is changing the ending so that it could be a finale if it ends up being the last x men movie before the Disney merger.

      I used to like the X-Men in the early 80's. Then the stories got dumb.

      X-Factor, that was a waste of the original X-men. 

      Eventually I got tired of it.

       

      It's funny I appreciate Batman (mostly, the idea of him needing a sidekick is just stupid, some of his rogues gallery is real stupid too), and Green Arrow, as they are the more grounded heroes. Even if they live in fictional cities. Maybe that's why I like the Longbow Hunters. They took Green Arrow and moved him to Seattle.

    Just watched 'Too Many Cooks', 'Unedited footage of a Bear', 'This house has people in it, and 'Broomshakalaka' back to back.

    If Burr plays every game remaining on his contract with the Sens, he'll have 1006 games played. So as long as he misses 6 games or less this season and next combined, we'll get to see Burr play NHL game number 1000. For a guy from the ECHL.

    Shortly before Boucher scored, the crowd was singing Living on a Prayer during play continuing from when it played in arena during the commercial break. Did this get picked up in the TV broadcast?

      Yep. Staying in Van the whole summer says there is group of guys staying to workout like Virtanen,Hansen, Gudbranson was there and Burrows and Hansen and Edler before going for vacation. Looking forward to watching Olympics. Wonders if CBC or who shows it here?

       

      Says he needs to use his body and play physical expecting to have a spot on the 3rd or 4th line with a strong summer.

       

      Says they have breakfast and lunch ready for them each day so he likes the set up here and dry weather in Cali anyways.

       

      Likes direction team is going with adding size and speed to complement the skill and is excited to see who they add over the summer.
