Just because 2 other teams got guys at BELOW market value it doesn't mean that the market value on the whole is that low. Researching before posting sometimes helps. So here's a bit more of the market on 3rd line checking type players who kill penalties, hit, sometimes agitate, and have the ability to contribute 25-35 pts. Of these guys, I think Max Talbot is a great comparison because he's not very big (5'11), and is similar age, and plays similar game to Hansen, and also got signed this off-season.
