PK's tenure in Chicago:

1. Stalberg for Chimera

VERDICT: Stalberg is struggling to put up points, and Chimera averages around 38-42 points and is a +22-24 each year. SUCCESS.

2. Frolik, Saad, Olesz, 2nd for Moulson

VERDICT: Moulson is nothing without Tavares and couldn't click with Toews, making him virtually useless. Frolik produces as much as him. Losing a top prospect and a 2nd makes this worse. FAIL.

3. Kruger, Carcillo, 3rd for Bouwmeester.

VERDICT: Kruger has been good for CGY in a 3rd line role, but Bouwmeester is a top pairing defenseman able to play 30 mins a game and put up 25 points. Good for both sides. SUCCESS.

4. Hjalmarsson for Bourque

VERDICT: At the time, Hjalmarsson had no spot in Chicago. But Bourque is a 3rd line winger and Hjalmarsson is a 40 point Lady Byng winner. FAIL.

5. Montador, J.Hayes for Gonchar

VERDICT: Gonchar provided NOTHING, and ends up leaving Chicago. Atleast Ottawa got a mid tier prospect. FAIL.

Croms' tenure in Chicago:

1. Crawford for Lehtonen

VERDICT: Simply put, Lehtonen wins the Conn Smythe, Vezina, Hart, Jennings and a cup all in one year. SUCCESS.

2. Hossa, Seabrook for Cammalleri, Grabner, Kreider, Hagelin, Greene.

VERDICT: Quality for quantity? Perhaps, but the depth helped Chicago win the cup. Cammalleri could replicate Hossa's production, Grabner, Hagelin and Kreider are all top 9 forwards with upside and Greene fills in the void Seabrook left. SUCCESS.

3. Pirri and Shaw for Yakupov

VERDICT: Not sure if they other guy is really high on Pirri and Shaw, or despises Yakupov. I'll take Yakupov over these guys anyday. SUCCESS.

4. Bolland, Moulson for Jokinen, Reasoner

VERDICT: Well Moulson sucked, so whatever. Bolland is nothing special either. Reasoner is no longer on the team, and Jokinen has some upside to hit 50 points, although unlikely. Seems like a cap-dump, as Moulson/Bolland were dead weight. Jokinen helped out in the playoffs and has 1 year left on the deal. SUCCESS.

Gotta give props to Crom, his trades worked out, and he didn't deal Toews/Kane.
