He is not above insulting his own players in the media and from the sounds of it behind closed doors. Grown men or not as humans these players sometimes disagree or simply feel disrespected by his obnoxious way of dealing with some problems. AV is a smart guy and he hand picked going to a team that has enough top end offensive talent and a very good goalie to build his system around. Sound familiar? No one said the guy is stupid.
