Tom Sestito
Unbelievable that they only gave up 1 run all series. And that 1 run they got could have been caught be Revere if not for fan interference. Hey now. That ball was going out and came back into his glove after it hit the fan. Jaimito
Hey now. That ball was going out and came back into his glove after it hit the fan. And if revere had caught it? Would have been called out.
RUPERTKBD
And if revere had caught it? Would have been called out. No, he wouldn't have. It would still have been ruled a home run upon review. Tom's right. That ball was clearly going out. The correct call was made. Nothing wrong with giving up a single run over three games, to the 2nd best offense in the AL... van_ws
Wow, it has been awhile since I have seen the Blue Jays this dominant. They are just crushing teams right now. Looking good to make the playoffs, but a lot of baseball to be played still. Hope they keep it up.
gmen81
They've been talking about the Blue Jays for pretty much the past 5 minutes on the Sunday Night game.

"puck goes into the net across line, hits weird part of net, pops back out and goalie covers it" would have been a save right? /s

Senpai
Interesting tidbit... Donaldson has not been walked intentionally all season. Why walk him with Bautista hitting right after? And then EE (usually)? No point.
theminister
The luxury of being at the start of the gauntlet all season. Why walk him with Bautista hitting right after? And then EE (usually)? No point. I don't disagree but it's sometimes situational if there is an open base. Also Trout has been given an IBB 12 times in front of Pujols so it's an interesting comparison to me. Compare that to Goldschmidt's 23 IBBs and it shows that the MLB managers haven't quite caught up to what's happening. There isn't another player at the top of the HR and RBIS charts who has yet to be given a free pass except for him.
