Or the fact a reliever can blow a save and wind up with a win out of it. This is an instance where he's gone more than half the game, left with a 6 run lead - scorers should have the discretion to give Dickey a win in this kind of context if his club holds on. It doesn't matter - it's a technicality in the end - Price can buy Dickey a Ferrari or whatever, but Dickey really came out and set a tone, like Estrada last night. Give the guy the fn win lol. They say that both Price and Stro told Gibby they were ready if needed ...nice quandry whyen you can throw in a Cy Young winner in for relief. also for game 5 Estrada will be available as well....nice problem to have.
