Drafting will be key, if this team can draft well, we will be fine; however, if we fail to draft well in the 2nd-5th rounds, we will be in trouble. We need to draft a gem in the next 3 years before Sedins hang them up. For instance, if we get a top 6 in year 2, he will take time to develop, either way this transition will take at-least 4 years, unless Benning uses free agency, and signs some top 6 players to help mentor guys and lead the way.
