If my math is correct, this is how Round 2 ends. Congrats to all GMs advancing to the conference finals, and for those eliminated, congrats on a great season!

Yeah, I would have gone to the 3rd round had I slipped by SC.

 

That said, the Cup is @Mike Vanderhoek to lose now. His additions in Ovechkin, Vasi, and Sergachev (did he add Schmidt as well?) were terrific.

 

Who needs draft picks when you actually make the right moves to win?

Sergachev was previous GM. He was on board for a short window but made some keys moves.

With all of the trading of picks/prospects to contend the last few years, Kings don't have much for unsigned prospects. However, we feel both Martins and Mikhail have the potential to be solid bottom-6 NHL-ers in the next couple of years. We are happy to have them signed.
