Oh man....Karlsson is back in Sharks lineup. This is a top team and nucks is definetly the underdogs here. On a positive note and id say its no surprise that Marky will have the star role of this evenings game. He needs to bring his absolute A-game if we wanna get some points out of this one. Hoping for some EP40 magic and that gaudette has gotten the confidence up so he can contribute like last game. oh boy...first 10 minutes of this game feels extremely important....

I'm slightly worried about Virtanen. He had some real bad injuries during the time of his draft year and has that shoulder issue that needed surgery to fix.

Green said he suffered an upper body injury, let's hope it has nothing to do with his shoulder (or concussion for that matter). Shoulder injuries tend to flare up a lot if you've had a real bad one before.

Definitely looked like he was favouring his shoulder when he was on the ice.  Maybe re-injured it.

Orca vs Shark? Who wins ?

"Orcas versus great white shark: no contest. People have often wondered who would win in a clash of top ocean predators: the killer whale or great white shark. An answer was provided in 1997 west of San Francisco, when the clear winner was an adult female killer whale, albeit in a fight with a juvenile white shark.Feb 6, 2015"

"Winner: The great white shark might have scarier teeth, but the killer whale is bigger and faster. Killer whales also have an advantage when hunting in big groups."

Canucks after 59 games:

Year         W    L     GF    GA      GD     PTS

2017        26   33   140   169     -29      58     25th

2018        23   36   157   189     -32      52     28th

2019        26   33   168   185     -17      59     20th

So we didn't really get better... the other teams got worse.
