Rutta definateley hooked Luostarinen preventing him from getting to the puck to clear it over the blue line, leaving the puck for Kucherov to keep the puck in. Resulting in the winning goal.

 

Most times I enjoy playoff hockey when the refs "let the players play" but sometimes those non-calls affect games, even series.
