Then you can turn into Heffy if you don't like what you see. That's what most folks plan on doing I think. Every coach is a product of their players, and every player is a product of the coach. If a guy smokes and drinks his whole life sure he’s gonna be weak and out of shape. Lots of 58 year olds who are even fitter and stronger than they were when they were 30. He’s more than a “YouTuber” he’s a trained boxer now. Its actually a pretty good comparison when you’re talking about a very experienced NHL fighter who fought some of the best vs a guy who occasionally fights against other non fighters.
