DownUndaCanuck Posted April 7, 2023 Share Posted April 7, 2023 Don't care about the tank, great game against an AHL team and most importantly get the shutout finally. Petey and Kuz were great, Beauvillier didn't do anything special at all. Miller, Boes and PDG have some good chemistry and look solid defensively. Garland buzzing again but zero finish, that third line is so pathetic though with zero identify. Joshua and Aman looked average, nothing flashy but hard shifts in the offensive zone. Hughes was buzzing tonight, but no points, Bear and Myers looked alright, Hirose really surprised me - he's so slick and fast, thinks the game well, if he keeps this up he deserves a roster spot next year. He's no shutdown LD but he moves the puck so quickly and well. Rough game for McWard I thought, bad icing and not great skating just yet but it's early days for the kid, has a great frame though.
