      He is. Watch Colorado games. There is a reason why he is considered untouchable and Duchene and Landeskog are not.

       

      MacKinnon > Horvat and its not really a debate.

      MacKinnon is good but lets not forget he was a 1st overall pick and was being compared to Crosby at one point. He is a 1C for sure, but he isn't at the elite super star level. He is still only 21 though.
