DeNiro
I don't know too many times, even in the NHL, that a player is lying unconscious on the ice and has to be hauled off on a stretcher, and there isn't a penalty called. Refs make reactionary calls, that's what they do.

Monteeun
No actually he didn't that's why Camara should have held up. Look at the reply the puck was in his skates he didn't have control. If he had the puck and was skating up the ice with his head down then I could understand the head down argument alot more and I would probably take that side aswell to be honest but the Slovak player didn't have controll, he was in a vulnerable spot, he turned and Camars could have and should have held up but he didn't and his intent was to hurt. I have no issue with the call, I would want the same thing if it happened to a Canadian and I'm sure everyone taking Camara's side on here would want that call if it happened to one of our guys too. Smashian Kassian
If he lets up and does not make the hit, he catches hell. If a player is looking backwards (suicide pass-esque) and has the puck, it is a bad hockey play not to make that hit. I also doubt he was looking to intentionally injure Luza. If he were to look to injure him, he would have left his feet, thrown an elbow, etc. If you look at it as a hockey play, he should have made that check.
