Their total goals for per game is down by half a goal from last year while getting slightly worse goaltending (0.904% vs. 0.894% save percentage in all situations last season compared to this). In short, they haven't been able to outscore their defensive issues this season. Actually amazing how they're one point worse than the Canucks in the same number of games played. Then Dallas gets within one goal, making Megna's goal the winner, so in the post game scrum WD says "See? I told you so!", giving him an excuse to keep playing Megna a tonne.
