He earns every bit of rope grenner has been giving him. he was doing what everyone on here has asked him to do, Hit play good D and use his speed to create chances. great to see. Love what Greener's done with him. He's having a great start to the season and definitely has earned more offensive opportunities.
tigerswaggerman
After a hard days work, so tired I fell asleep and missed the first two periods, this win is especially refreshing. Glad the L streak is over.

Been a bit out of the loop during little losing skid Beagle was a game time decision, seems to have an undisclosed injury. Sutter played 1 minute in and looked like he was in pain. No update. Never see him sulking in OT, or when he gets benched in the 3rd etc. Always seems to have a smile no matter what. If this kid has turned the corner, its friggen huge for the team. 2 2

Couldn't watch the game so stats might be wrong - but Baertschi-Pearson were credited with 0 seconds together at 5v5. They played together only on the PP but never at EV. Baertschi played 2 minutes with Gaudette but it was Miller on the other wing per the game notes. Pearson was playing with Virtanen.

Horvat was telling Kuzma that his preference is to play 19-20 minutes at most as he then has more pop to his game. Green will have to balance the minutes better if Beagle/Sutter can't return for next game. its hard when they are sheltering Petey in taking only o-zone draws and Gaudette not being good in the faceoff dot. Horvat is the only capable guy who can win faceoffs. Petey primarily takes only o-zone draws but a lot of the faceoffs ended up in the d-zone. Gaudette was 29% in the dot. needs to be better to get more time on ice.

Nuxfanabroad
If Sutter is out long term..the cap situation is crystal clear for this season. Roussel, Sven, Motte & Ferland..we'll be able to $ fit all this depth. Hope they demote LE, as well.

Can also give Gaudette more neutral zone draws - he's going to have to take draws to get better. Horvat will have to take the D-ones.
