@Green Building There's a difference between being stern yet respectful and polite vs being rude and yelling to get your way. It's not the service rep's fault that your service was cancelled without notice.
Also, if you're polite, customer service reps generally try to help you more than if you were being rude.

@Heretic Hmmm not sure what the dress code for ranch hand interviews are, but I feel that business casual for interviews would be a safe bet for most
