Wetcoaster
Check out the best craft beer thread: My go to summer beer is a Belgian white beer - Hoegaarden Witbier spiced with coriander and orange peel. A close domestic choice would be Keith's Premium White or Red Racer Classic White Ale. Otherwise I go with an India Pale Ale - Red Racer IPA from Central City Brewing is good choice or Phillips Brewing Co - Amnesiac Double IPA (another Phillips offering for winter... niklas
can't believe no one said Newcastle Brown. my entire family is British, so obviously I am a bit biased, but it's just so good!
Donky
With Steak, Prime Rib, With Fish or Chicken I will go with Sleeman Honey Brown or a lighter lager and occasional pale ale. I never drink to get drunk anymore. Couple with dinner is where it's at....
Buggernut
1516 Well, any Bavarian style lager will do. I find 1516 to be the best domestic simulation of that style around here.

Russ
Pretty much my standard drink. On the note of alcoholic drinks, though, has anyone tried the Raspberry Ale from GIB? How is it? It looks so pretty
mpt
I love Howe Sound Brewery. Their honey lager is amazing. Im a fan of small local breweries as I find their quality is much better. Phillips from Victiria us really good too. Both can be found at the signature stores
