Hodgson!!
I'm glad you can see the future, oh wise one. I bet Damien Brunner would have loved to have heard that a few years ago. There's no guarantees, and I agree he's a long shot, but you never know until he's played at least in the AHL here.
Vicky
Reposting from Prospects scrimmage thread. 3-4 highlights with Kenins involved (starting around 2:18 til the end). Good for him, we may even see him sometime this year.
CanuckRow
Wont see the day of light on the Canucks. Pretty much a Utica acquisition if anything.
DeNiro
Brunner led the league in points, and almost has quadriple what Kenins has. Kenins is young though, and who knows, maybe in a few years he turns into Damien Brunner.
apollo
Brunner is 27, Kenins is 22. At age 22 Brunner put up 7 points in 50 games. Any player coming from the Swiss league is a long shot, but you never know with this guy. He may play a style of game that translates very well to the NHL. Worst case scenario we have a solid player to play with our prospects on the Comets.

Rollieo Del Fuego
So is he 6' or 6'4", 200 lb.s or 215? Seems to be a wide range of sizes attributed to him.

Ray Canuck
OK I'll translate this..... The ZCS Lions have announced that forward Ronald Kenins has signed a 2 yr contract with the Vancouver Canucks. The Latvian with a Swiss License will still play for the Zurich City this upcoming season, 2013/14. The contract with the NHL Vancouver Canucks and Ronald Kenins is valid for the 2013/14 and the 2014/15 season. The Canucks however will loan Kenins to the ZSC Lions during the 1st year. The 22 year old will therefore fulfill his contract with the Lions (2014) and then transfer to north America. Ronald Kenins has been part of the NLA-lineup of Zurich since 2011/12. Up till now he has been on the wing and has a total of 119 games under his belt for the ZSC Lions with a total of 47 points, he also is a member of the Latvian national team. Kenins has been with the organization (Lions) since 2008 (top Juniors, Elite A as well as the NLB)
