I would take him ,learn Pittsburgh's system, especially their powerplay. Canucks needs to improve their powerplay real bad.

They have a good power play because they have Crosby, Malkin, Letang, Neal and Kunitz. Hard to learn

Unless its someone who's very gifted as a coach like Scotty Bowman, or Joel Quenneville.

No. It's not because he's a terrible coach. But rather like Torts his knowledge of the players on this team and the West in general, wouldn't be as appealing as say Trotz or anyone else who's coached in the west recently.

They're interchangeable at 1 and 2 IMO, but reason I put McLellan at 2 is because there is always that slight chance he won't be fired
