Now it's at 346 B) ... or is it?  How do they count it if he didn't play whole game?

Didn't watch game but why did they pull him?

He would get the loss since the game winning was scored on him.  Montoya got with a high shot early in the game I think.

Good team win, especially that OT PK. Just sucks for Luo that it was one of those bad stat games in which he actually played well.

Saw quick highlights but yeh off night for him with those goals for sure.  No big deal, gotta win these types of games throughout the season too.

Don't know what's going on with Lui but since the all star break he is a shadow of the goalie who had a great year going up to that point. They said since the break he has .894 save percentage and a 3.2 gaa. Tonight he just had a horrible collapse in last half of third period. The whole team did but Lui looked really rattled out there, have to be making those saves at this time of year. Interesting to see how the year finishes up.

Their defense has definitely not been as tight since the all star break either.  Giving up tons of odd man rushes, and generally allowing way more goals.  Prior all star break, they would close these games out with the lead going into the 3rd without giving up a sniff.

But yeh Lu hasn't been as sharp either.  Need to get it back on track.

Anyone think he has a shot to tie or pass Jacques Plante this year?

Numbers wise, he's on pace for 3 more wins out of 7 remaining games, which puts him 1 Win short. One of the games is back to back, so he likely won't play in both those games.

However, upcoming Florida schedule might be in his favour :

2xTOR

2xMTL

OTT

CAR

NJD

My bet: He goes (4 for 6)/7 games and ties Plante.

It's hard to say as his last two starts have been stellar but he had no consistency before those. Hopefully he can pull it together this year and be consistent in the playoffs which he has always struggled with. I predict he will fall short of Plante and also have the dubious distinction of second most losses of all time by seasons end.

The real question... Is Luongo Hall of Fame material?

Probably, but not in his first year of eligibility...unless he wins a Cup.

Without a Stanley on his resume I don't see him making it in the first year.
