But yet here we are with average everyday people thinking their smarter and have more medical knowledge than the Canadian Minister of Health. Thats why I say its become doctrine, its like trying to convince someone not to be a particular religious choice, its not going to happen because logic has nothing to do with it. If you can be swayed not to listen to our very well trained experts by a single link some dude on a chat board posts, you're in some pretty susceptible territory to being influenced. Of course science and medicine are not perfect and are constantly evolving. They try to use that as a reason not to follow it. I haven't been able to find out if this is true in the NHL as well. I'm almost certain that it's true for the other North American leagues. Actually found an article... looks like NHL is keeping the most strict testing requirements from the three leagues. So basically we will for sure have Myers, Schenn, Lammikko, Poolman, and Motte for the next 3 months barring injuries. I feel a little better about at least having 3 guys that can play top 4 for the foreseeable future. That was getting pretty scary looking at our D before the break. Over the last month worldwide, only a handful of people have passed from the omicron who were unvaccinated and vaccinated. Omicron is mild. Yet most of you think closing the vaxxed pass gyms will have any positive impact. At least our health authority has determined omicron is a mild cold/flu otherwise they would have shut casinos and movie theatres. All you have to do is look at the omicron data worldwide to determine its very mild. Sad a mass pyschosis of fear has been the flavour of the last year.
