I've quit the alcohol and weed myself- working on stopping smoking now, but that's the real hard one. Water is the drink of champions for sure. Meditation is for Buddhists and rich people tho

I just started. It kind of sucks. Quit smoking cigs with a vape for new year, barely need the vape now... the booze is much harder imo. I'm so used to hockey being with some whiskey n cokes I don't know what I'm gonna do tonight. Probly overeat. Lol
