Ya Boyd has shown very little.  He even commented in the post game interview today that he is advertising himself for any team not just the Canucks. Which is ok. But telling.

yeah that pretty much says it all. Vesey is an odd player too, it looks like he has to tools to be much more effective but he just isn't.

As usual, a couple of JBs picks came in and made an impact.   BB showed what happens when a players with his upside is in the league for four years (average break out age),  Demko.... Hogs and OJ...Rathbone looked good too.  THN thinks four of our top five prospects (which doesn't include Hogs or OJ anymore, to them at least they've graduated) will play in the NHL next season.   Pretty much exactly what JB said last off season.    For sure there is reasons for optimism - another blue chip player maybe this draft too.   And Podz maintaining a spot, 20 or so higher then Hogs was in the top 100 is also a reason for optimism.   6'4, 210 lbs ...  our top six needs a puck hound like him.  Best part is the TT talk fizzling out next year....

Boyd has been as useless as Vesey.   Graovac makes something good happen almost everytime hes on the ice.  Uses his size well and has decent hands.
