Proof of flu vaccination won't indicate any kind of heath problems while prescriptions does. I mean if you do, that may just be bad business as they won't come again depending how replaceable your business' service is. There are people that for medical reasons can not get vaccinated, if someone tells you they can’t due to medical reasons you can not make them prove that nor deny them service.
