So I can ask customers for proof of flu vaccination or there viagra prescription before I let them in? Schools and employer are different than some pimply faced kid asking a customer for medical records.

You can ask for proof of flu vaccination but you can't ask for prescription records. Proof of flu vaccination won't indicate any kind of heath problems while prescriptions does.

I mean if you do, that may just be bad business as they won't come again depending how replaceable your business' service is.

I really don’t think a business can ask a customer for any proof of medical information. Heck, if tell a store you have a medical reason for not wearing a mask they can’t kick you out, that I know for a fact because I know someone that abuses it and he’s never been thrown out of any business.

They probably can ask you if you’ve been vaccinated but they can’t make you prove it.

Once again. It is bad business to do so, but that doesn't make it illegal.

If you are endangering the staff or other patrons then 100 percent they can deny service.

From looking into it it’s a slippery slope, seems they can ask for proof a vaccination but if you tell them you have a medical reason for not being vaccinated they can not ask you to prove that nor deny you service.

They way we’re going I’ll be surprised it there’s 5000 fully vaccinated fans in Vancouver by the first game.

314,246 people in BC are now fully vaccinated so we can be pretty sure that there are at least 5000 fans already, but for sure by September.

Prove you are vaccinated and not carrying the virus.

The private business owner has every right to protect themselves, staff and patrons and deny service.

Probably annually like the flu shot.

This is a lot deadlier than the flu and evolving.  Look at how difficult its been to procure and administer these shots.

Itll be years before things go back to remotely normal.

Definitely, which is why I'm expecting to get a lot of boosters.  The mRNA vaccines should be fairly straightforward to update for variants at least.

6 months into the year 7.6% of Canada is fully vaccinated, how could they give annual boosters to everyone? If COVID turns into a mutating seasonal thing it will be impossible to keep up with.

Because of supply issues.  Taking control over production and making them up here solves the issue.

There are people that for medical reasons can not get vaccinated, if someone tells you they can’t due to medical reasons you can not make them prove that nor deny them service.
