I’ve called shaw numerous times at that number and have never had to hold for more than a few minutes, always found them quite helpful, I have had many issues with Telus however.

Got Bell satellite long time ago , have stuck with it as rarely have had any problems and my experience has been really good customer service , thought about switching with the new fibre technology but , hey Im watching with no problem so…
