I don't think I have ever really "hated" anyone. Except maybe some refs and the 2011 Bruins.     

Ashamed to admit that I was a willing participant making fun of others because of how they looked and/or sexual orientation and/or ethnic back grounds... 

i believe it was yancy that said his church always spoke negatively of martin luther king. he said his minister called him martin lucifer, and he and the congregation laughed and cheered. he said years later they realized that what they said and thought was wrong. they appologized to the black community. 

religious people over the years have been just as guilty as their counter-parts in hating those different than they were.

Hate is bred in ignorance.  The world feels like it's in absolute crisis to me and those in power have to act responsibly and lead the way.  Power and greed...those two things are at the helm.
