GoaltenderInterference
Heres a random question.... there is a delayed penalty, the goalie is on the bench, extra attacker on the ice.... The player on the power play is just leaving his defensive zone when the opposing player nudges his stick and the puck slides in to the empty net.....does it count??? Didn't that happen to O'Brien when he was still with the Canucks?

mrsasaki
What qualifies a goal to be reviewed in Toronto?
Danthecanucksfan
What qualifies a goal to be reviewed in Toronto? A goal in which the refs need assistance with further reviewing the goal, a goal in which they can't come to a conclusion without the help of the "goal reviewers" in Toronto. I think I'm right lol
Dazzle
Bench minor - Too Many Men How is a player specifically picked out to serve the penalty? (Who serves that penalty? Even if that player wasn't the player that committed it) Also, for penalties given to goalies, same type of question as above. Is there a way to select a player to keep in the box? Captain Aerosex
@Dazzle, it's the coach's discretion as to which player who was on the ice at the time of the penalty goes to the box.

schlaBAM
Whats henriks sedins ironman streak if you include playoffs? Whats the all time record for that? 629 + 75 = 704 All time record, would be Doug Jarvis. 964 + 105 = 1069. Never missed a game in 14 seasons. Pears
If a team trades a player who has say, a $5 million cap hit, and the team trading that player retains $2 million of his cap hit, could that team buy that salary out or do they have to keep it until the players contract has expired? Just a question thats been nagging me for a while.

Ghostsof1915
Why did the salary cap go down? Expected fallout from the lockout, and once again the NHL is inconsistent. It kept raising the cap, when the reality is Canadians are the ones responsible for the bulk of the revenues. Hence the logic of desperately trying to keep an NHL team in Phoenix.
