Everybody Hates Raymond
As per Darren Dreger and numerous others on Twitter. On mobile so I can't post the tweet. After a vicious headhunter like Jannik "the Deadly Dane" Hansen targeted him, it's so nice to see that Hossa's flopping on the ice and leaving lead to a twenty minute concussion. My favourite part is how they refused to comment on his status before the verdict was given out. What an honorable, trustworthy team the Blackhawks are! Tangelos
Miracle recovery my arse. He bumped his head ever so slightly. I'm sure everyone here has bumped their head against a wall one time or another without a helmet.
timberz21
This is something the league should address. Why does the hearing need to happen rightaway? Why can't they wait 1 week to see the status of the injury and then make the calls. Specifically on a minor one like that. Jannik should have been allowed to play against Dallas and them maybe be suspended for the next game. Who care if he misses this one of the next one, it's only 1 game. If it's a major case, them you suspend the guy indefinitely and wait 1 week or 2 and make the decision. If it's 5 game, them you retroactively substract the games he already missed. canuckfan85
part of the decision to suspend Hansen was based on the fact that Hossa got "injured"- but now he is back...not cool

Everybody Hates Raymond
lol wow it's not the severity of the injury Hansen is getting punished on. It's the fact that Hansen just blatantly elbowed Hossa

avelanch
Hossa feigned the severity of his injury to sell the call. How is that point lost on you? The thread title wasn't "NHL refs conspire with Blackhawks to hose Canucks".
AppleJack
The Blackhawks should be fined for this or at the very least Hossa should get a game suspension for diving It will never happen but it would send a message that this type of behavior won't be warranted.
