CanuckleHorse
I've been wondering what is AV's motive playing Roy on the wing, and playing Ebbett center who is gonna be useless as a mule tit come playoffs. His lineup is easy to play against you just shut down the first 2 lines and knock Ebbett around and he is rendered ineffective. Could he be doing this to get Lappy more ice time does he really think Ebbet is the better center option over Roy. The only thing I seen him do right was put Pinnizotto in the lineup! Line up AV LW C RW Sedin Sedin Burrows or Kassian Raymond or Ebbett Kesler Burrows or Kassian Raymond or Ebbett Roy Hansen Pinnizotto or Sesstito Lappierre Weise Hamhuis Garrison Edler Corrado Alberts Ballard I would prefer Kass and Kes together 2 big bodies who give the d-men headaches also Roy with Raymond and Hansen a deadly fast line maybe give Pinnizotto 3rd line minutes if Raymonds on the 2nd. nuck nit
You mean Kass that is clearly made for third line minutes-at best ? With Higgins back the lines will all change again. This team needs defensive help and that means forwards coming back/defensive help with Bieksa/Tanev out. That was pretty spotty tonight.
Smashian Kassian
I don't understand why he continues with Barker in the top 4. I feel bad for the guy, he gets so much flak. But really he isn't capable of playing that role.
Slegr
Ebbett is painful to watch out there. If Booth wasn't injured, and Ebbett was scratched, the team would be on such a better level. Right now, we look like three quarters of a squad of NHLers, and a quarter of a squad of AHLers.

Legend Killer
He's not maximizing his assets very well... look at pittsburgh last night, they didn't have crosby, malkin or neal and managed to score 6 against a very good montreal team.
domyours
I think Vigneault told them to show up at the game, simply skating around and expected to win games.
DownUndaCanuck
AVs doing a great job with the injuries we have, although I'd like to see this - perfect playoff lineup: Sedin - Sedin - Kassian Hansen - Kesler - Roy Raymond - Schroeder - Burrows Higgins - Lapierre - Weise Edler - Bieksa Hamhuis - Garrison Tanev - Alberts As for the Detroit game, with the injuries we have I'd be happy with this: Sedin - Sedin - Burrows Hansen - Kesler - Roy Raymond - Schroeder - Kassian Weise - Lapierre - Sestito Hamhuis - Garrison Edler - Corrado Alberts - Ballard Vandermeer Barker and Ballard have been brutal, and Alberts really can't play more than 18 minutes effectively. Give Corrado a shot, and bring Vandermeer up. If Tanev can go on a Cup run in 2011, why can't Corrado be effective too? Vandermeer really deserves a chance as well, and this team could desperately use some fiestiness and life.
DollarAndADream
Well, he's trying to accomplish wins of course. He just has a different mindset on the manner of doing things. The team is lacking defense with the loss of Tanev and Bieksa. Higgins and Booth out are unbalancing the team a bit and he's trying to find the right fit. Canucks_Hockey_101
Here's an idea. So Luongo starts next game yes? And if he wins it he'll start the next one and so on yes? Enough d!cking around. Time to get our bench warming elite goaltender ready for the playoffs. A god damned disgrace.

Merci
He's showing to show Gillis how bad Raymond Barker Ballard Ebbett and Pinnzotto are And that he can't coach without more depth. Glass, Torres, and Rome should have never left.

Smashian Kassian
I'm just curious chum as to who would you play in the top-4? Bieksa and Tanev are both right side d-men, and are both injured. Hamhuis plays better on the left (as far as I know). Edler is more comfortable on the left. Garrison is more comfortable on the left, but can play right. Ballard is most certainly a left side guy. Who do the Canucks have that might be able play on the right? Alberts? Barker? Joslin? Maybe someone else down on the farm who is still developing? I just don't see that AV has a lot of options here. regards, G.
